Waxes

Many products marketed as waxes do not really contain any natural waxes such as carnauba. They use synthetic waxes, polymers, resins, etc. In other words, they are really closer to being sealants than waxes.

WE Separate Selants from True Waxes specifically because we know the difference and feel you should also know the difference!

Carnauba is a wax derived from the leaves of a plant native to northeastern Brazil, the carnauba palm (Copernicia prunifera). It is known as "queen of waxes" and usually comes in the form of hard yellow-brown flakes. It is obtained from the leaves of the carnauba palm by collecting them, beating them to loosen the wax, then refining and bleaching the wax.

The Carnauba Wax sits atop the paintwork forming a barrier against the elements like this...

Sealant on the other hand is a chemical scenario where the liquid creates a bond with the paint sealingout the elements
